Stage 2: Design Vision + Product Selection
We implement market research, and create a rental property that attracts renters and maximizes your return on investment. We will source rugged yet beautiful pieces that will allow your short-term rental property's personality to shine.
We cover everything from furnishings and bedding to kitchen and bath essentials . We even make sure that you have all of the necessary items like cooking oil, spices, and Kleenex for your guests to feel right at home. *if you choose that option for us to source every detailed needed*Stage 3: Implementation + Install

Next, Yvette will present your design vision, and you will select your furniture and decor based on a mood board. Then, the shopping begins! We will source the items for you to purchase.
Finally, we will come to your property to install each element and ensure your listing is rental-ready.
